If you have paid for an incorrect vehicle customers have the following 2 options;
1) Send STOP via SMS to 65565 within the first 5 minutes of an active parking session.
2) You will need to make a new payment for the correct vehicle as soon as possible to avoid receiving a PCN for invalid parking.
After a new payment has been processed a refund request can be submitted for the incorrect booking. Please submit a request to the PayByPhone support team at https://support.paybyphone.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new and an agent will reply at their earliest opportunity.
