I'm receiving text message or emails about parking transactions that are not mine.

It is possible that a PayByPhone customer registered an account using the wrong information, such as phone number.

Please submit a request to PayByPhone Support through the Help Center or email uksupport@paybyphone.com and we'll investigate and attempt to contact the account holder.
