Each Business account must have one Account Owner.
- An account can only have one account owner.
- As the account owner, you would be initially responsible for the contract for the service but who holds this role can be changed.

2 - Business Manager
A Business Account can operate without a Business Manager and this is because the Account Owner has all the controls required to manage the account. If you are a Business Manager then here is some insight to your abilities:

- As the Business Manager, you have access to all Admin functions.
- Important Note -This role is permitted to self-upgrade the Account Owner or downgrade to ensure business continuity if the account owner departs
3 - Business Administrator
Any Business Account can operate without a Business Admin. As the Business Admin you:
- can assign parking privileges to any driver.
- cannotmanipulate payment information on a business account.
4 - Analyst
The last role is the Analyst. If you are assigned as an Analyst, this is a limited access role. Here are some of the examples of why you may have been assigned this role:
- When an accounting or business data team needs to access data.
- For businesses with large fleets, you may have this role because you are an external contractor that may need to keep track of parking of expenditures.
- You are not permitted to assign or revoke parking privileges.
