In order to transfer your existing DASH Premier Bay session to PayByPhone, you will first need a valid PayByPhone account. For information on how to create a PayByPhone account please click here.

- You will be presented with a form to fill out
- Under ‘The Reason for Request’ choose ‘Premier Bays’
- Within ‘Parking Information’ please provide the below details:
- Providing your PaybyPhone Account number
- The location number and bay for the parking session
- The start and end date of the parking session
- Vehicle registrations associated with the parking session
A customer support team member will then get back to you within 48hrs to confirm the transfer has taken place. Following this you should be able to see your Premier Bay booking in your PayByPhone account
In order to renew an active Premier Bay session please follow this simple steps:
- Log in to your PayByPhone account via www.paybyphone.co.uk
- Select ‘Premier Bays’ within the menu on the right-hand side.
- You will now be able to see your current Premier Bay session.
- Click the active session.
- You will now see when your current session expires, for which location and bay and what vehicles are on this ticket. You will also be able to get the receipt emailed to you from this page.
- Click ‘Extend’ to extend the Premier Bay season ticket for another year.
- Please double check all your details, and once you have confirmed your purchase, click ‘Purchase Ticket’
