If you have paid for parking at the incorrect location you should:
1) Send the word FINISH via SMS to 65565 within the first five minutes of an active parking session. This will cancel your session and allow you to create a new one.
2) Make a new payment for the correct location as soon as possible to avoid receiving a PCN for invalid parking.
After a new payment has been processed a refund request can be submitted for the incorrect booking. Please click here to submit a refund request to the PayByPhone Customer Support Team who will investigate this on your behalf.
If you realise you have parked the incorrect vehicle after the five minutes has passed and once a new payment has been processed, a refund request can be submitted for the incorrect booking.
