To create a PayByPhone parking session using our automated phone service, please follow these steps:
Note: When calling the automated phone service to create a parking session, the system will automatically recognise your phone number and account.
If you don’t have a PayByPhone account, please click here for more information on how to create one.
- Dial 0330 400 7275 or the phone number on the PayByPhone signage at your location
- Please enter your PIN or the last four digits of your registered card
- Then enter the location number you wish to park at followed by #
- The location will be read back to you. To confirm press 1. If you want to enter a different location press 2
- Your vehicle registration number will be read to you, to park that vehicle press 1. If you wish to park a different vehicle press 2
- Enter the period of time you wish to park by followed by #
- The last four digits of your credit card will be read to you to confirm. Enter the CVV number of that card. To use a different card, press 2
- You will hear confirmation that your vehicle has been parked
Extending a Parking Session via the Automated Phone Service
- Dial 0330 400 7275 or the phone number on the PayByPhone signage at your location
- Please enter your PIN or the last four digits of your registered card
- Details of your Current Active Session will be read to you
- Press 1 to add more time
- Enter the period of time you wish to extend by followed by #
- Enter the CVV of the card you are using to park
- You will receive confirmation that the vehicle has been parked
