If your parking session is too short, you are able to extend your session via the PayByPhone app, website or automated phone service.
If your parking session is too long - you parked for 1 day instead of 1 hour for example - please request a refund by clicking here while the parking session is still active or as soon as you notice the error.
Parking charge refunds can only be made at the discretion of the Parking Operator. In the event the Parking Operators does not authorise a refund, you will have the option to contact them directly for further information.
PayByPhone does not own the car parks, so we are unable to authorise refunds on behalf of the Parking Operators.
