The delivery of SMS texts is dependent on your mobile phone network. PayByPhone sends a text reminder to your contract provider, who in turn sends it to your mobile phone approximately five minutes before your parking session is due to expire.
Delayed or non-delivery can occur when your network is experiencing problems.
