If you have paid using the incorrect vehicle you should:
1) Send the word FINISH via SMS to 65565 within the first five minutes of an active parking session. This will cancel your session and allow you to create a new one.
2) Make a new payment for the correct vehicle as soon as possible to avoid receiving a PCN for invalid parking.
If you realise you have parked the incorrect vehicle after five minutes has passed and once a new payment has been processed, a refund request can be submitted for the incorrect booking. Please click here to submit a request to the PayByPhone Customer Support Team who will investigate this on your behalf.
Parking charge refunds can only be made at the discretion of the Parking Operator. In the event the Parking Operators does not authorise a refund, you will have the option to contact them directly for further information.
PayByPhone does not own the car parks, so we are unable to authorise refunds on behalf of the Parking Operator.
