If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the PayByPhone app or website in a few simple steps.

- When logging in, tap on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the mobile phone number of your PayByPhone account
- We will send you a 4-digit password reset code via email and SMS
- Enter the 4-digit code
- Assign a new password
If you are logging into your account and not receiving the 4-digit password reset SMS code, please try creating/registering a new account as we cannot verify if an account exists for security reasons.
If you have been using a guest account, please note that you cannot go through password resets as there is no registered account with us.

- When logging in, tap on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the mobile phone number of your PayByPhone account
- Tick to confirm "I'm not a robot" and tap to agree to be sent a code
- We will send you a 4-digit password reset code via email and SMS
- Enter the 4-digit code
- Assign a new password
Please note, if you created an account through social logins, such as Facebook and Apple ID, we do not currently support password resets. If this is the case for you, please register an account with your phone number.
