I'm trying to create an account online, but it says user exists?

If you receive a message that a user already exists it could be related to an old account that was not removed from the system, a mistaken number entry, or a recycled phone number.

In these instances, please click here to submit a request to our Customer Support Team and we will investigate and attempt to contact the previous account holder to close their account.
