There are 2 reasons why you may be prompted for a credit card #:
- You mistakenly chose to park a personal vehicle vs. a business vehicle. You'll be asked to enter a credit card in this case if you don't have a personal PayByPhone account. To circumvent this prompt, you must call back in and choose to park under a Business Vehicle.
- The credit card attached to the Business Account is invalid. In this instance you will need to contact your Administrator as soon as possible so that they can update the credit card information for the account.
