Corporate account users must dial into the IVR to park their vehicle.
Drivers cannot use the PayByPhone mobile apps (iOS or Android) or the website paybyphone.com, to park corporate vehicles.
Start a Parking Session:
To begin a parking session, dial the phone number located on the meter or PayByPhone sign near you.
Follow the prompts as indicated by entering your location number, vehicle short code and parking duration. See a sample of PayByPhone's corporate IVR flow below.
Please note: Some lot or car park vendors require the CVV code from the credit registered on the corporate account. Contact your primary account administrator to obtain this info.
